Terms and conditions

We offer four ways to order: a one-off Home Pack for a parent or carer (£19 per child), Level 1 free to any UK state primary school, an annual Single School licence (£249 per year) covering all levels released to date, and an annual MAT licence (£999 per year) covering up to 30 schools in one trust or federation. Pupil-premium funded settings, special schools, and PRUs can contact us directly about alternative arrangements.

Orders are placed through our registration form, not an automated checkout. We confirm details and, for paid tiers, arrange invoicing directly with your school or trust before dispatching any materials. A contract is formed once we've confirmed your order, not at the point you submit the form.

If you order a Home Pack as a parent or carer, you have the right to cancel for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your cards. To do this, contact hello@internetexplorers.co.uk and return the cards unused and in their original condition; we'll refund the purchase price once we receive them. This is separate from, and doesn't affect, the free upgrade you're entitled to if your child's school later joins.

Single School and MAT licences run annually. Once a year's materials have been dispatched, that year isn't refundable, your school keeps everything already sent for the remainder of the year. To end the arrangement, simply let us know you don't wish to continue and we won't dispatch or invoice for the following year.

Where a plan includes a "photocopy licence" for the parent leaflet, that licence covers copying and distributing the leaflet to the families of your own pupils, for as long as your school's licence remains active. It doesn't extend to any other school or organisation, and it doesn't survive your licence lapsing without renewal.

The cards, illustrations, and curriculum materials are the property of Codegrey Limited. Ordering a pack or licence gives you the right to use them for teaching or family use as described on this site, it doesn't transfer ownership, and it doesn't include the right to resell, redistribute, or adapt them for use by anyone outside your own school or family.

Portal accounts are created by an adult, a member of school staff or a parent or carer, not by children. We may suspend or disable an account if it's misused, if payment for a licence lapses, or if we have a safeguarding concern about how it's being used. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Beyond that, to the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid us, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. We review it at least once a year.
